Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to packs bought on SameTest from [BUSINESS NAME].

When you can get a refund

• You can ask for a full refund within [NUMBER, e.g. 7] days of buying a pack, if you have not started any premium test with it.
• If a premium test was started, the pack has been used and cannot be refunded.
• Packs activated with a 100% discount coupon, or activated manually by our team as a gift or replacement, are not refundable.
• If a pack was charged twice by mistake, the extra charge is refunded in full.

How to ask

Email [EMAIL] from the email address of your account, with the pack name and the date of purchase. We reply within [NUMBER] working days.

How the refund is paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used (UPI, card or net banking). Depending on your bank, the money appears in 5 to 10 working days after we approve the refund.

Cancellation

A pack ends by itself on its expiry date; nothing is renewed automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account does not by itself create a refund.
